There has been quite a lot written about foot-care lately. So I thought I would take a look at this website to see what I had written. I found articles on several different pages. Therefore, this week, I have updated my writings. As foot-care is so important to our lymphoedema health I decided I had written enough to give it its own page. L-W-O (lymph-what-oedema) was founded by Gaynor Leech in September 2013. All the material on these web pages is set out in good faith. Thoughts and interpretations are mine.
