This has been an amazing year for raising awareness for lymphoedema and L-W-O. There have been a few lows but mostly L-W-O has seen supported, recommended and respected for what we do both online and in the Community.

L-W-O (lymph-what-oedema) was founded by Gaynor Leech in September 2013. All the material on these web pages is set out in good faith. Thoughts and interpretations are mine. Every effort has been made to acknowledge sources throughout this website. I am not an expert or medical professional; I have lived with lymphoedema since 2011. However, I am passionate about raising awareness of lymphoedema and encouraging you to become your own advocate.
