Complaints Policy
In the first instance please email Gaynor Leech at: lymphwhatoedema@gmail.com please do not send an official complaint via Messenger.
Please note: Complaints will usually be acknowledged within 48 hours during the working week. They will not be dealt with on a Saturday or a Sunday.
Our aim: Is to deal with the complaint within seven working days.
In the event: No satisfactory conclusion can be reached after seven days the complaint will be put out to the L-W-O support group members for adjudication
