Today I am at the Mary Ann Evans Hospice in the new building The Warren, in the Sunflower room.
This is our first day time get together of 2015. Introducing the members to the lymph-what-oedema website so that those who don't have access to the internet can see what's available.
We are planning demonstrations and talks for the year. We have Yoga booked for February and we will also be celebrating our 2nd anniversary. In March we are having Shirley Day to do another first aid demonstration. April we are having singing and breathing exercises. We are looking forward to another exciting year of information and fun together.
