Complaints Policy
In the first instance please email Gaynor Leech at: lymphwhatoedema@gmail.com please do not send an official complaint via Messenger.
We respectfully ask members of our Facebook support groups to direct the complaint to us via email. Complaints reported via Facebook run the risk of the group being sanctioned or ultimately removed. L-W-O Community takes all complaints seriously and will deal with them as quickly as possible.
Please note: Complaints will usually be acknowledged within 48 hours during the working week. They will not be dealt with on a Saturday or a Sunday and will be dealt with on the next working day.
Our aim: Is to deal with the complaint within seven working days.
In the event: No satisfactory conclusion can be reached after seven days the complaint will be put out to the L-W-O support group members for adjudication
